DIRECTIONS
We are located at the base of the ski hill at Granlibakken’s 74-acre resort on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. You’ll find us in the Ski Run Lodge building, nestled between the Pool and the Ski Hut, just down the hill from the TreeTop Adventure Park.
If you have a scheduled appointment, please take a seat in the Ski Run Lodge lobby. Your therapist will meet you shortly and escort you to the spa and your private treatment room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full session. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled time by calling the spa. Cancellations or changes made within 4 hours of your appointment will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
