The focused work to specific muscle groups can help release those old muscle patterns and restore your body to normal movement.

What to expect with a deep tissue massage

Deep Tissue helps to “un-stick” the fibers of the tissues, releasing toxins and increasing circulation. It’s important to drink plenty of water, communicate any pain outside your comfort level to your therapist and practice good self care to reduce stiffness and pain after massage. We recommend epsom salt baths, icing and stretching regularly in addition to weekly or monthly massage.
